Ed has been asking (nicely) if I would please make some green tomato relish. Both he and Jack like it with Salmon Patties. Since the forecast calls for heavy frost tonight, I decided that it was now or never for relish this year. So, I picked all I could carry up to the porch. I'm hoping they will last until Maggie gets home from a trip to Madison, WI. She is who I depend on for all things related to canning.
